Alle drei Appartements bieten auf 65 m² genügend Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und verfügen jeweils über ein großzügiges Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Ausgang zum 1.500 m² großen Garten, einen großen Südbalkon, moderne, voll ausgestattete Wohnküchen, SAT-TV/ Radio, ein Tageslichtbad mit Dusche, einen Haartrockner, ein separates WC (nur im EG).Stellplätze für PKW und Fahrräder (abschließbar!) sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Auf Ihren Wunsch liefert Ihnen eine örtliche Bäckerei täglich knusprige Frühstücksbrötchen und Zeitungen bis morgens um 8:00 Uhr (oder nach Vereinbarung) an die Haustür. Bestellungen werden täglich telefonisch bis 24 Uhr aufgenommen. In Biberbach erhalten Sie in der örtlichen Gaststätte mit Biergarten ein gepflegtes Bier und Brotzeiten. Der Hofladen der Benediktinerabtei Plankstetten ist nur 800 m entfernt und versorgt Sie mit allen Lebensmitteln für den täglichen Bedarf in BIO-Qualität, in der Klosterschenke können Sie gemütlich einkehren. The site has a beautiful garden with 1500 square meters that is available exclusively ONLY (!) to our guests. Your privacy is guaranteed: This quietly located property is fenced and surrounded by a hedge. Can you use the large garden for barbecues, sunbathing or playing. The elegant and tasteful interior combined with the lovely location, in the heart of the Altmühltal Nature Park, surprisingly our three vacation apartments are even more reasonable priced as any other guesthouse or any bed and breakfast in the area. This flat is located on the ground floor of our holiday house. It is very clean and well maintained and meets the latest standards in its equipment. Its main features are: - one bedroom with double bed, a dresser, a closet - a living room with a doble sofa bed, Sat/ TV, radio - a modern kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils with a cozy dining area for 4 people - a daylight bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC - a spacious balcony with seating for at least 4 people which offers a magnificent view over the green Altmühltal Nature Park For sure that you spend relaxing holidays here: Ranging in size between 670 and 720 square feet (60 and 65 square meters), all apartments are generously proportioned, spacious and comfortable for 4 people. The per room individually controlled heating (marble) provides in autumn and winter for a comfortable warmth. Garden furniture, parasols, sunbeds, paddling pool for children and barbecue equipment are provided. Parking and garage for cars are available on the property. Pets are allowed on request only.
